brokerage, in 1981, and became the sole broker owner of the company in 1983. Under Mr. O'Reilly and his capable staff, Syndicated Capital's specialty became the purchase of distressed properties in Florida and the subsequent development and management of same to maximize their values. Through the years, Syndicated Capital has successfully developed such diverse projects as dirt pits, shopping centers, office buildings, marinas, and condominiums, as well as residential lots, houses, and subdivisions.
